This is a reminder of the second task weekend in Oakley Wood. The first weekend was energetic sycamore sapling removal; this time is will be ride-side coppicing.

George Green of the WWT will as usual be leading the activity, and details are pretty much as normal (when & where to meet, contact if first time, etc) – see here. Tools will be provided as always but bring your hard hat if you have been issued with one.

Even though COVID measures are no longer in force, we haven’t returned to having tea/coffee/biscuits provided (shame!) so if you want refreshments, bring them with you.
